New Online Banking and Mobile App is Now Available
National JACL Credit Union launched a new and enhanced version of our Online Banking Service as well as a new Mobile App on June 8, 2023. The new service will offer many new benefits and features including a streamlined interface, more time saving features and powerful tools for managing your accounts.
New and Enhanced Online Banking (Virtual Branch) and a New Mobile App (Mobiliti) is Now Available!
The new Online Banking and Mobile App offers many new benefits and features including a streamlined interface, more time saving features and powerful tools for managing your accounts.
The current link to the National JACL Credit Union Online Banking was updated June 8, 2023. The first time you login, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions.
In addition to a fresh new look that makes it easier for you to perform everyday functions, our new Online Banking will offer you the following:
- More control of your money. Wondering whether a check has cleared or if your balances have reached a certain level? Our new system offers personalized alerts that allow you to receive notifications based on account activity, making it easy for you to keep track.
- Enhanced Remote Capture. This will allow you to deposit more conveniently from where ever you happen to be.
- Bill Pay. Our bill pay will also change and will now be fully integrated with the new online banking (Virtual Branch). If you have used our old bill pay system, please Click Here for steps on how to save your old payment information before the conversion.

“Enroll in Online Banking” Process
The following are screenshots of our new “Virtual Branch” registration.
First Time Login
First time logging into Virtual Branch > select “Enroll in online banking.” Beginning June 8th, all members that log into Virtual Branch will need to go through the “enroll in online banking” process.
Verify that you’re a Human
Enroll in Online Banking
- Member ID: enter member account number without the dash number. e.g. If your account is 12345-6 enter 12345.
- PIN: enter last four (4) digits of the main members SSN
- Address Number: enter address # or PO Box #
- If address is 3776 S. 1300 E. – – enter 3776
- If PO Box is 188 – enter 188
Create Logon ID
Logon ID: you can enter in your same Login ID form the old system or create a new
one. (6 characters minimum)
Security Code / Password:
Security Questions
The first time you login after setting up logon credentials you will need to answer three security questions.
Other Information
You will also be asked to enter in your Email Address and Mobile Phone Number.
